Webinar: COVID-19: Air Cargo's Critical Role

This webinar took place April 16, 2020

The global air cargo industry has seen dramatic change brought about by the pandemic. A combination of a surge in demand for fast-delivered medical supplies, medicines and food, with the removal of much of the belly space in grounded passenger fleets has created a situation in which demand is outstripping capacity.

Watch the full recording to hear our panel discuss what is happening, some of the operational barriers to getting freighters into quarantined countries and the long-term implications of airlines converting some of their passenger fleets to all-cargo.
