US DOT says top US carriers reported on-time arrival rate of 79% in 2019 vs 79.2% in 2018; December 2019 rate was 78.2%, down from 80% in December 2018 and 84.4% in November 2019. HAWAIIAN AIRLINES led all carriers with 87.7% rate for 2019.
