US DOT reports US scheduled airlines consumed 447m gallons of fuel at $1.38 each in April vs 1.5b at $2.06 in April 2019; April 2020 fuel consumption was the lowest since in records dating back to 2000. Total cost was $617m vs $3.1b in April 2019.
