UAE and South Korea sign MoU

The UAE's General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has signed an Air Services Memorandum of Understanding with the Republic of Korea in Abu Dhabi to discuss and establish operations for the Korea to Abu Dhabi route.

According to the MoU both parties are entitled to operate up to four weekly services for each country with immediate effect, without any restrictions on the type of aircraft, which may be either for passengers, in combination with cargo or pure freighter services.

Both parties will be entitled to operate three weekly frequencies with effect from IATA Summer 2012, without any restriction on the type of aircraft and which may be exercised either for passengers, in combination with cargo or pure freighter services.
