Tunisair Express merge with Tunisair postponed
Tunisair is postponing the plan to absorb its subsidiary, Tunisair Express.
This formed part of the carrier’s “Vision 2020” recovery plan, which it announced it was close to finalising.
The recovery plan focused on restructuring the carrier and its subsidiary management, as well as cost containment and productivity.
Tunisair Express will carry on operating as a separate carrier.
