SPIRIT AIRLINES agreed to sell 29 unencumbered V2500-powered A319-100s to Gryphon Trading for as much as $201m for delivery 2023 (14) and 2024 (15); its remaining two A319s are to be returned to lessor upon lease expiration in 2025.
