Skywise subpoenaed by ASLC

Skywise has been subpoenaed by the Air Services Licensing Council of South Africa (ASLC) for a hearing next month in order to explain delays and cancellations, ch-aviation reports.

The ASLC has said that it will hold the carrier to account for its "non-compliance with the conditions of the Air Service Licence."
This could result in the carrier losing its licence should it be found non-compliant.
The Air Traffic Navigation Services and the Airports Company of South Africa grounded Skywise last month after it failed to settle outstanding landing and takeoff fees.
