SIRIUS, Abu Dhabi says one of its joint ventures has closed its first finance facility with Deutsche Bank to refinance five aircraft, including three 737-8s leased to Southwest; an A320 with Spirit; and an A320 with Etihad. It currently has 12 aircraft.
