Most airline passengers are concerned with the health environment on the airplane as opposed to the airport, an online survey by Honeywell Aerospace indicates.

Of 732 frequent business and personal air travel passengers who responded, the survey found that 527 (72%) were more concerned with having health protections implemented on the airplane, compared to 28% at the airport.

Survey respondents expressing more concern about airports cited the cleanliness of common areas, followed by the ability to social distance and fellow travelers’ use of personal protective equipment.
