Oman Air launches codeshare with KLM

Oman Air is has launched a new codeshare agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines.

The agreement came into effect on Wednesday April 15, 2015 and enables Oman Air’s customers to book onto flights operated by KLM between Muscat and Amsterdam.

KLM operates five flights per week between the two cities and utilises Airbus A330 wide-body aircraft on the route.


Oman Air’s chief executive officer, Paul Gregorowitsch, said: “We are delighted to announce this new codeshare partnership with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. It will increase the number of destinations we offer in Europe to seven and represents an expansion of the choice we offer our customers.
“KLM is a highly respected carrier, whose ethos of quality and service is similar to that of Oman Air. Our customers can therefore be confident that the high standards they have come to expect of Oman Air will be reflected on this new service. We are looking forward to working closely with KLM and we anticipate strong demand.”
