NAC Charter and Awesome Aviation to merge
NAC Charter and Awesome Aviation are merging to form the rebranded FlyAwesome.
NAC has acquired a 50% equity stake in Awesome Flight Services, whilst Awesome Flight Service has acquired the NAC International Contracts and Maintenance business divisions.
NAC has also acquired 50% of FlyAwesome Australia and are working towards establishing a European and Middle Eastern base.
The merge will result in FlyAwesome specialising in ACMI and Operations, and Awesome Flight Logistics and Awesome Asset Securities that will offer Dry Lease solutions.
