MESA AIR GROUP and London-based GRAMERCY ASSOCIATES agreed to form joint venture to operate CPA or ACMI pax and cargo services in Europe with CRJ900s starting in late 2021. Gramercy is headed by former CEO of Tiger Airways and bmibaby.
