Gulfstream appoints new repair and overhaul director

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. has named company Jamie Fields to the newly created position of director, Repair and Overhaul Services in a role that covers the Middle East

In his new role, Fields is responsible for expanding and enhancing Gulfstream’s repair and overhaul capabilities worldwide, particularly for components.

Barry Russell, vice president, customer support, said: “Jamie knows the ins and outs of Gulfstream Product Support from virtually every angle. Gulfstream's dedication to continued growth and expansion worldwide will benefit from his vast experience and familiarity with the organisation. We have a great deal of confidence in where Jamie will lead us.”

Fields began his career at Gulfstream as a member of the GIII production line. He has also been an avionics installer systems test technician, service center maintenance planner, service center mechanic, avionics technician, business office manager and a customer program manager.
