ITALIA TRASPORTO AEREO (ITA) has acquired ex-Alitalia A330-200 (1313) in preparation for October 15 startup out of Rome and Milan to replace debt-ridden Alitalia with initial fleet of 52 aircraft (seven widebodies/45 narrowbodies), increasing to 78 in 2022.
