ICAO forecasts pax traffic in 1Q24 to surpass 1Q19 by 2%; it predicts full-year pax traffic to surpass 2019 by 3%, or even 4% if pace of recovery strengthens. However, it is forecasting cargo traffic to be around 2% below 2019 levels for 2024.
