IATA reports there were 0.13 jet/1.77 turboprop hull losses per 1m flights in 2021 vs 0.16/1.59 in 2020; and seven fatal accidents/121 fatalities vs annual average of 7.4 fatal accidents/207 fatalities per year in previous five years (2017-21).
