GOL lost R$7.2b in 2021 (vs R$6b loss in 2020) on 17% higher revenues. It is accelerating transition to 737 MAX, which will comprise 32% of fleet by end 2022, but it reduced projected capacity growth in 2022 from 70-80% to 65-75% vs 2021.
