ATW presented this year’s annual Airline Industry Achievement Awards on June 21 at the Sheraton Grande Resort in Doha, Qatar.
This year’s winners were: Airline of the Year Alaska Airlines; Eco-Airline, Widerøe; Cargo Operator, Korean Air; Value Airline, IndiGo; Regional Airline, Canadian North; Airline Market Leader, Royal Jordanian; Eco-Organization, Commercial Aviation Alternative Fuels Initiative (CAAFI); and Aviation Technology Achievement, L3Harris Commercial Aviation.
ATW presented two individual awards: the Lifetime Achievement Award went to former Hawaiian Airlines CEO Mark Dunkerley and Excellence in Leadership Award was presented to AerCap President & CEO Aengus Kelly.
