Flyafrica files charges against partner
Flyafrica has filed charges against Nu.com, owned by Chakanyuka Karase whose son Matipedza was behind the now defunct Fresh Air.
ch-aviation has reported that the LCC said it had filed serious fraud and theft charges totaling USD140,000, and has suspended Nu.com as its local partner.
"In retaliation, the Zimbabwe partner illegally and unilaterally attempted to surrender our Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to the CAAZ," a representative from the airline said.
The airlines AOC has been suspended, but Flyafrica assures this is only a temporary measure.
