FLAIR AIRLINES plans to begin three-times-weekly Kitchener-Abbotsford on May 9, twice-weekly Toronto-Kelowna on June 9; and twice-weekly Ottawa-Thunder Bay on June 10. It also plans in mid-2023 to base a 737-8 at Abbotsford, BC.
