Fast jet increases Dar es Salaam – Nairobi service

Fastjet has increased the number of flights on its Dar es Salaam – Nairobi route, offering twice-daily return flights, equating to 28 flights a week.

This will give passengers the option of an early morning or evening flight service.
The extra flights mean that passengers attending business meetings in one of the cities can return home the same day, eliminating the need to stay over.
“We promised to increase the frequency on our route between Dar es Salaam and Nairobi as consumer demand grew for our affordable service. An extra 14 flights a week, just two months after Fastjet starting flying between the two countries emphasises our commitment to grow the number of consumers who can access affordable air travel,” said Richard Bodin, chief commercial officer.
By expanding the service, Fastjet will provide nearly 19,000 seats a month between the two cities at an affordable fare.
