EgyptAir stops transit passengers and halts flights from 15:00 to 08:00

Due to the current situation in Egypt, Egyptair has today announced the cancellation of all its international and domestic flights from 15:00 till 08:00 till further notice.Departure of the flights will be between 10:00 till 15:00 in addition to Changes to the departure times will be expected according to each flight case and in accordance with the new curfew times.

Further, Egyptair today has operated 28 international and domestic flights till 13:45 Cairo Local Time as follows:

(Aswan/ Luxor (3 flights) / Lagos/ Jeddah / Amman/ Istanbul / Dubai / Kuwait / Rome / London / Moscow / Madrid / Paris / Vienna / Doha / Bangkok / New York / Casablanca /Benghazi/ Munich/ Copenhagen/ Hurghada/ Budapest/ Sharm Al Shiekh( 2 flights )/ Athens ).

In a statement Egyptair advises its international customers that it is not accepting transit passengers via CAI until further notice; this includes transit passengers to domestic destinations in Egypt

The airline suggests customers should contact its worldwide offices to check the status of their flights. Customers in Egypt should contact the national call center on 090070000 (60 lines) from any land line.
