ECAir and WHO host conference as new partnership

Fatima Beyina-Moussa, Director General of ECAir, Equatorial Congo Airlines and also President of the Association of African Airlines (AFRAA) hosted a press conference with Dr Fatoumata Binta Diallo, representing the World Health Organisation (WHO).

The conference was held at ECAir House in Congo on 26th August.
ECAir and the WHO have signed a partnership which reflects ECAir’s efforts to protect and improve the image of the Republic of Congo by supporting business and national and international organisations.
Dr Fatoumata Binta Tidiane Diallo, commented "collaborating with ECAir is an honour for the WHO, because the Congolese national airline is also involved in social issues and regularly demonstrates an ongoing awareness of health-related challenges. For us, ECAir is a key partner."

Fatima Beyina-Moussa expanded on these health-related challenges, saying: “our teams will be available to support WHO activities and to assist with conveying the message on the prevention of cancer, alcohol abuse and HIV/AIDS, and raising awareness of the Ebola virus."
