DELTA AIR LINES says due to COVID-19 it is positioning itself to be a smaller, more efficient airline over next several years and is accelerating retirement of its entire MD-88, MD-90, 777 and 737-700 fleets, plus some 767-300ERs and A320s, in 2020.
