I captured this shot of the Airbus A321LR just after landing on its first flight from Paris to New York, shooting from a park in Bayswater, New York, about 1 mi. from the end of Runway 4L. I used a Nikon D500 and 200-500mm f/5.6 on tripod, and for the final image combined two exposures—one for the skyline and one for the airplane.
