Chevron award Bestfly with ground handling and flight support contract
Bestfly has been awarded by Chevron with a ground handling and flight support services contract for its entire aviation related operations in Angola.
The contact will cover the complete Chevron fleet of four Bombardier Dash-8 Q400s and 10 Bell helicopters.
The three-year contract was awarded to Bestfly based on an operation that meets high standards of safety, quality and audits.
“Our contract win is indicative of the high levels of service, safety and efficiency that we supply to our customers,” said managing director of Bestfly Nuno Pereira.
The contract will see Bestfly handling four flights a day served by the Bombardier Dash-8 Q400.
It is estimated that Bestfly will be handling around 1,500 passengers per week to fulfil the contract.
