Netherlands-based hydrogen-electric propulsion startup Conscious Aerospace plans to open a hangar at Rotterdam The Hague Airport on Oct. 12. The hangar is to house a De Havilland Canada Dash-300 that will be used as a mockup for development of the company’s Hydrogen Aircraft Propulsion and Storage System (HAPPS).
