Taiwan’s EVA Air is considering extending the lease of its Airbus A321ceo fleet as the carrier monitors Airbus’ aircraft delivery and supply chain delays.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has signed a lease agreement for three new Airbus A321neo aircraft with Dublin-based CDB Aviation, as the carrier pushes ahead with plans to renew its fleet. 

The European Parliament is set to vote on the ReFuelEU legislation Sept. 13, paving the way for gradually increasing mandated levels of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), which authorities hope will lead to greater production volumes and a decrease in price.

A fractured part may explain why an Alaska Airlines 737-800's left main landing gear (MLG) collapsed when it touched down at John Wayne-Orange County Airport (SNA) Aug. 20, damaging the left wing in the process, a preliminary report suggests.
