The FAA has updated its concept of operations for urban air mobility (UAM), adding detail to its vision for how air taxis will fly in a highly automated, cooperative environment within dedicated airspace corridors.

The recent release by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) of a report entitled “Airline Passenger Protections: Observations on Flight Delays and Cancellations, and DOT’s Efforts to Address Them” provokes more a moment of reflection rather than a-ha mystery solved.
