AUSTRIAN plans to restart with about 80% of its previous capacity and does not expect to return to pre-crisis levels until 2023 at the earliest; it is retiring 18 Dash 8s, seven A319s and six 767s by 2022, when it will be operating 60 aircraft (nine long-haul).
