AMERICAN AIRLINES is cancelling four regional routes (Chicago-Dubuque/-Toledo and Philadelphia-Islip/-Ithaca) in September due to pilot shortage at Envoy Air and Piedmont. It currenly has 100 regional aircraft in storage over shortage.
