AMERICAN expects to report GAAP pretax profit in 3Q21 ($620m-$675m net loss) on 25% lower revenues vs 3Q19, ending quarter with $18b in available liquidity; total system capacity fell 19.4%. It expects to fly 62.2b ASMs in 4Q21 vs 61.1b in 3Q21.
