AMCON seizes Afrijet's assets
The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has seized NGN10 billion (USD35,430) worth of assets from Afrijet Airlines.
This follows a court order issued last week, after AMCON inherited the carrier’s debt from FinBank and Bank PHB.
The assets affected includes properties owned by the carrier’s CEO Chief Vitalis Ibe and his Continental Aviation Services.
