ALTA members flew 38.3b RPKs in December, down 0.4% vs December 2018, on flat capacity; and 438.6b RPKs in 2019, up 3.6% vs 2018 on 3.3% higher capacity. Year-over-year cargo traffic dropped 8% in December and 2.1% in 2016.
