Complimentary Tour: Victoria Falls International Airport Expansion & Victoria Falls Tour

This tour will offer delegates the chance to explore one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Majestic Victoria Falls. Victoria Falls is the most breathtaking waterfall, the only one found in Africa. En route to the rainforest delegates may be taken past the "Big Tree" where they may stop and take photos and will be accompanied through the Rainforest by National Parks qualified guides, who will give a brief history of the falls, as well as detailing the flora and fauna bird plus wildlife and other points of interest.

Also included is the opportunity to explore the Victoria Falls Airport extension project. The extension project will allow participants an opportunity to appreciate the future outlook of the Victoria Falls International Airport. The development Project entails the construction of a new 4,000m runway and associated taxiways, construction of a new terminal building to become the international terminal and the refurbishment of the existing terminal building to become the domestic terminal building. It also includes the construction of a new air traffic control tower and a new fire station.

Kindly supported by our hosts, each tour offers a different flavour of Zimbabwe from helicopter tours to wildlife walks and wild horizons there is something for everyone to enjoy.

A golf tournament is also available for delegates, for a small fee, during their stay. Elephant Hills Hotel and Resort is situated on a small hill overlooking the Zambezi River and offers the only golf course in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Golf equipment will be provided and lunch is also included within the fee.
