WORLD ROUTES: New ASM Team Unveiled

ASM, the world route development consultants, have announced a new senior appointment who will be joining the team following World Routes in Abu Dhabi. This appointment heralds a new era for the business as ASM, the sister company of Routes and Airport Cities Conference and Exhibition, enhances its air services expertise and strategic airport management support.

Ralph Anker joins ASM as Vice President Consulting based in the UK office and brings a wealth of aviation knowledge to the team. Ralph has over 20 years experience in the industry having worked in the network planning teams of Go Fly Air, Maersk Air and easyJet as well as a Senior lecturer at Cranfield University. He joins ASM from PPS Publications where he was senior editor for their anna.aero network planning newsletter.

Tony Griffin, Senior Vice President, ASM said “We are moving into a new era at ASM with an even stronger focus on air services expertise and strategic airport management support, and the appointment of Ralph is testament to this new direction. We will continue to strengthen our team, and I look forward to making a further exciting appointment announcement on the 8th October when we return from Abu Dhabi.”

Manchester UK‐based ASM Ltd was founded in 1995 as the world route development consultants and was the founding company of Routes. Both Routes and ASM were acquired by UBM Aviation Worldwide Ltd in August 2010 bur from August 2012 both companies and the Airport Cities Conference and Exhibition became part of the UBM Live division of UBM plc.
