Volotea Announces Spanish Route Expansion

New European start-up carrier Volotea Airlines today announced the third stage of its planned operation for the Summer 2012 season. The latest announcement sees an additional 25 routes and the launch of 4th base (albeit seasonal) in Ibiza.

Total number of routes it'll operate now stands at 76, with 53 destinations across Europe. Additional new routes are:

• Granada: Mahon
• Ovideo/Asturias: Malaga
• Palma Mallorca: Zaragoza
• Ibiza: Bari, Granada, Lille, Lisbon, Oviedo/Asturias, Palermo, Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Strasbourg, Valladolid, Verona, Vigo, Zaragoza
• Mahon: Santander, Santiago de Compostela, Verona
• Palma Mallorca: Bari, Lille, Palermo, Strasbourg
• Vigo: Seville
• Zaragoza: Malaga

These new routes will be gradually introduced from June, and operates until second week of September 2012.
