Syphax Airlines Poised for late-April Launch

Tunisia's newest carrier, Syphax Airlines, will officially launch operation from 29APR12, based on GDS display as well as OAG Schdules iNet. The airline operated a trial flight on 01APR12, operated as Sfax – Paris CDG – Tunis – Paris CDG – Sfax.

The airline's IATA code is "FS". Planned operational routes and effective dates as follows:

• Sfax – Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen eff 13MAY12 2 weekly service
• Sfax – Lyon eff 07MAY12 3 weekly service
• Sfax – Marseille eff 08MAY12 3 weekly service
• Sfax – Nice eff 10MAY12 2 weekly service
• Sfax – Paris CDG eff 29APR12 1 Daily service (4 weekly from 29APR12 to 13MAY12)
• Sfax – Tunis – Casablanca eff 22MAY12 2 weekly service
• Tunis – Lyon eff 07MAY12 3 weekly service
• Tunis – Paris CDG eff 29APR12 1 Daily service (4 weekly from 29APR12 to 11MAY12)

The airline will be operating Airbus A319 aircraft on these routes.
