Sri Lankan Airlines to open Shanghai

Sri Lankan Airlines will begin new non-stop services from its Colombo base to the Chinese city of Shanghai. The new route is slated to begin on a 4x weekly basis from July 1st and will be operated with A330 aircraft.

The carrier currently serves Beijing on a 3x weekly basis on a double drop through Bangkok.
