Skymark adds capacity on trunk route

Skymark Airlines will increase capacity on the trunk Tokyo Haneda to Okinawa sector. From July 16th the carrier will introduce a 6th daily rotation with B737 aircraft. It will compete with flag carriers All Nippon and JAL.

In total there are currently 181 weekly flights between the city pairs, which between March 09-10 saw over 3.1 million pax fly the route, with All Nippon the leading carrier in terms of passenger share with 46% of this traffic.
