Sky Airlines voted 'Europe's leading charter company'
SKY Airlines affiliated to Kayı Group guiding Turkish tourism with its investments has been granted the "Europe's Leading Charter Company" award which is considered as the Academy Award of Tourism by WTA. In the gala held in Antalya last night, Mr Tahir Görgülü, Kayı Group CEO and SKY Airlines General Manager has taken the award. During the night, Kayı Group was elected as number one in 5 categories simultaneously and made its mark to the night. In addition to Sky Airlines, Adam&Eve affialited to the same group while taking its awards in 3 categories in the "Europe's Leading Couples Resort", "Turkey's Leading Design Hotel", "Europe's Leading Design Hotel", Talha Görgülü, the founder, owner and chairman of Board of Directors of Kayı Group was given the "Special Achievement Award".
Tahir Görgülü, General Manager of SKY Airlines says after the Gala Night "The award granted to Sky Airlines is also given to Turkish aviation and tourism. We have achieved this award with our effort to provide the best service to our customers and to attain the excellence. World Travel Awards recognized as the Academy Award of World Tourism determines "the best" of tourism and travel sectors for 17 years. More than 5000 accommodation and travel committee from 162 countries competed for the awards for this year. What makes this award special is how the winners are determined... The winners are determined by the tourism votes of thousands of people all around the world. According to the figures disclosed by the Institution, 183.000 tourism professionals voted.
