Ryanair adds new routes from Porto base

Low cost operator Ryanair has announced a number of new routes from its base in Porto which will begin on November 1st. These routes include

• Valencia 3x weekly
• Munich Memmingen 3x weekly
• Marrakech 3x weekly
• Maastricht 2x weekly
• Bremen 2x weekly
• Bologna 3x weekly
• Barcelona El Prat 14 x weekly

Ryanair is currently the second largest operator in Porto, with 112 weekly flights, second to flag carrier TAP which operates 251. Of the new routes announced Ryanair will compete with TAP directly on the Barcelona route.
