Routes Africa - Final Week to Request your Meetings!

In just over two weeks time the largest Routes Africa event to date will open in Victoria the stunning capital of the Seychelles with a record number of airlines in attendance and with scheduling now entering its final phase make sure you have requested your meetings.

The most recent airline to register for the route development forum for the entire Africa region is United Airlines who make their inaugural appearance at the event. Their attendance also marks the first time that a North American carrier has attended Routes Africa. Other recent registrations come in the form of Kenya Airways and Comair along with other first time attendees ECair, Nasair & Mango. Routes Africa 2012 will also see a number of airports in attendance for the first time including Bangalore International Airport, Sharjah Airport Authority, Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Djibouti International Airport who will attend their first ever Routes event. Most recent registrations come from The National Airports Corporation, Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe and another first time attendee at Routes Africa; Ras Al Khaimah International Airport who have also taken sponsorship of the event registration.

The event will also see a strong participation from the region’s tourism authorities with over 20 now registered to attend. Tourism authorities represented in the Seychelles will include; Madagascar National Tourism Office, Malawi Ministry of Tourism, Wildlife & Culture, Botswana Ministry of Environment, Wildlife & Tourism and most recently South African Tourism and Zimbabwe Ministry of Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
