Route Exchange Carrier: Cirrus Airlines

OVERVIEW

Cirrus Airlines has been a Partner of Lufthansa since 2000 and became a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2005. This allows Cirrus Airlines to offer more destinations, more transfer options and the best connections to onward flights. Cirrus Airlines flies to both German Star Alliance hubs Frankfurt and Munich due to its partnership to Lufthansa and has a Codeshare Agreement with Swiss International Air Lines for its Zurich flights, resulting in an overall tightly knit network.

FLEET

The Cirrus Airlines fleet consists of two aircraft-types with the following range limits.

  • 2x Embraer Jet ERJ 170 76 4.000 km 870 km/h
  • 13x Fairchild-Dornier 328-100 30-33 2.000 km 630 km/h
