Adria Airways is the national airline of Slovenia and has its main operating base in Ljubljana, the nation's capital. It has a large European network with connections to South-east Europe and is a member of Star Alliance.

NETWORK STRATEGY
Adria offers an exclusively European network and is smaller but nevertheless valuable member of Star Alliance. With connections to markets in east Europe such as Belgrade, Pristina, Sarajevo, Podgorica and Tirana, Adria offers a niche product valuable for codeshare connections to its larger partners.
Adria has also announced plans to begin services from Germany, with services to Pristina from Munich, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt slated to begin this November.
AIRLINE REQUIREMENTS
The National Flag carrier of Slovenia , has an extensive European network and with its growing fleet of aircraft is mainly looking for new destinations from its base in Ljubljana. Opportunities of other European routes within EU are also considered.
