New Registrations Received for Routes CIS 2013

Routes CIS, which will take place on 21-23 July hosted by Donetsk Sergey Prokofiev International Airport, is the only network planning forum for the entire CIS region and the 2013 event, taking place at the Shaktar Plaza Hotel, the largest hotel in Donetsk, is expected to attract around 250 air service decision makers from across the CIS region.

Now in its third year, the event is expected to attract around 40 airlines from across the region and beyond interested in increasing air connections to the CIS countries. Over 25 carriers have already registered to attend and the Russian market will be strongly represented by three of the major Russian carriers (S7 Airlines, Rossiya and Transaero Airlines) along with UTAir, VIM Airlines and JSC RusLine.

Representation from the Ukraine comes from Ukraine International Airlines, Wizz Air Ukraine and Royal Voyage whilst from the Middle East confirmed registrations have been received from Etihad, Turkish Airlines, Air Arabia and Pegasus Airlines. Skyteam member Czech Airlines will attend and is looking to expand its strong presence in the region whilst easyJet and flydubai are amongst the Low Cost Carriers attending.

Other carriers who have so far confirmed their attendance at the event include Air Astana, Finnair, China Southern Airlines, FlyGeorgia, Air Baltic and Malaysia Airlines Cargo. Click here for a complete and up to date list of airline attendees.

Airports from across the region have also been confirming their attendance with registrations received, so far, from Nizhniy Novgorod International Airport (Strigino), Novosibirsk International Airport, "Kyiv" International Airport, Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport, Ekaterinburg Koltsovo Airport and Kharkiv International Airport amongst others.
