New Chinese carrier Xingfu Airlines starts operations

Xingfu Airlines, 95% owned by the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) has started operations from its base in Xian. The carrier operates the AVIC manufactured MA60s and is planning to add the ARJ21s. The carrier launched services from Xian to Yan'an on the 15^th August and has also started Xian to Zhengzhou.
