Meeting slots filling up fast for World Routes  

Nearly 5,000 meetings have been scheduled for World Routes 2017, the global forum for airlines, airports and tourist authorities to negotiate new air services.

Meetings are allocated on a first come, first served basis. As a high number have now been assigned, requests should be made as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Around 250 airlines and 560 airports and destinations have registered to attend World Routes 2017 in Barcelona, Catalonia (23-26 September).

The major airlines that have signed up include American Airlines, British Airways, Iberia, Delta, Etihad, Emirates, AirAsia, Japan Airlines, Norwegian and LATAM.

The leading airports include Amsterdam Schiphol, Brussels, Singapore’s Changi Airport Group, Mumbai International, Kuala Lumpur International, Melbourne, Shanghai Pudong and Spanish airports group AENA.
