Medina gains Gulf Air service

The Saudi Arabian city of Medina, will gain a new 4x weekly service from Bahrain operated by Gulf Air starting June 18th. Gulf Air will be the only carrier operating the route and will place A330-200 equipment on the sector.

Gulf Air already operates to a number of points in Saudi Arabia from its Bahrain base, namely

• Damman- 23x weekly
• Jeddah - 10x weekly
• Riyadh - 14x weekly

Passengers currently flying this sector tend to transit between Sharjah with Air Arabia and Saudi Arabian Airlines via Riyadh.
