Malaysia to Retire Boeing 747 in late-Nov 2012

Malaysia Airlines on Thursday morning (19JUL12) has rolled out additional schedule changes for Winter 2012/13 season, which sees the end of its Boeing 747 service. Currently the Malaysian flag carrier is to operate last 747 service to London on 24NOV12, MH004/001, followed by Sydney MH123 departing on 24NOV12, MH122 (from Sydney) on 25NOV12.

The airline received its First Boeing 747 aircraft in 1982, and entered service to both London Heathrow and Sydney on 15APR82.
